Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt about any jewelry item you wish to return.

I make every effort to depict the items accurately in both photos and written descriptions. However, color calibrations on devices may vary slightly. Please make note of the measurements on all necklaces and bracelets to ensure that the item you are purchasing will fit as you desire. If you need a larger or smaller size, custom sizes can be made upon request but will require variable lead times dependent on the style, availability of materials, and custom order schedule.

Returns are considered on a case by case basis. If a return is approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be made in their original condition and in their original packing. Please return items within 5 business days of approval. Items must be shipped inside a bubble wrapped container to protect them against damage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in it’s original undamaged condition.
