Eternally Verdant

Primal, dangerous and powerful; these are the words that describe the woman bold enough to wear this substantive necklace. Inspired by the sights and sounds of the Big Cypress National Preserve in South Florida this is one of my favorite pieces.

The crackled effect on the green agate stones evoked in me memories of gator eyes and cypress trees. The shiny green iris glass beads imitate a mosaic of scattered light as it struggles to filter through a canopy of lush leaves and wild orchids.

Big Cypress is dangerous, wild, and hauntingly beautiful much like every powerful woman.

As I said this is a substantive piece; like battle armor you will know you are wearing it.
